I had a great time at dinner with my man. Carlos was our waiter and he was a good host, the food was good he even gave me a list of ingredients when I kept asking for the recipe for the shrimp mofongo. We loved the decor and the creative drinks. Only thing that was not our favorite is that we had a $300 bill and we're not offered shots on the house as is complimentary in many places for bills over a certain amount, we had to ask for the house shots. Still that aside was a good experience!
Went here for a girl’s night Bday Dinner. It was a little smaller than expected but loved everything about it From atmosphere, food and drinks presentation to the tasty well seasoned food. Our host Camila was very friendly and on point. We loved how the DJ switched up the music a bit from Spanish to Jamaican he added flavor to the night. Would recommend!
I recently visited this Fabrika in Queens, a fusion Latin restaurant, and was thoroughly impressed. The food was excellent — creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each dish felt like a fresh, exciting take on morden flavors. The drinks were just as outstanding, inventive, and perfectly crafted. Service was top-notch; our waiter, Matthew, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. The environment and decor tied it all together — stylish, vibrant, and welcoming, with an amazing DJ, lively, yet you can hear your conversations relaxed atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. Overall, everything from start to finish was outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable night out, especially if it's your birthday! We ordered: Food: Caribbean tri-fongo, dragon roll, pulpo a la plancha, red snapper. Drinks: pretty in pink, bubble bath, love insta spell, coconut mojito, moonwalk, yosi-tomo, and magarita.
Wow what a beautiful fun restaurant. Great staff. The bartender and other waiter were amazing but Joanna out waitress was phenomenal. The presentation here is a 10. The drinks were good. El jefe, the moonwalk, and spicy margarita. The guacamole was fresh. The chicharon ceviche was do unique. I could drink the sauce but the best was the rock shrimp tempura. So delicious. Sweet plantain and shrimp. The French cut chicken breast was juicy and seasoned perfect. The asparagus delicious and cheese sauce. 10 star. The truffle fries a must, perfectly made and seasoned. I celebrated an early birthday with a birthday boat. Lava cake and mango passion. Thanks 😁

I have no complaints—everything was excellent. The food was delicious and generously portioned. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend paying them a visit!
We had amazing time at Fabrika. I had reservations but we had to change,from saturday to sunday. Service was very nice food wow love every bites of everything. All details just awesome. Place not big,but definitely for bday vibes. On the weekend make sure you have reservation.
The aesthetic is what really pops out upon entering this establishment! Very nice and very eye catching! The food is amazing and very delicious. The drinks are very good as well and they come in very fun and nice cups and themes. Definitely will have you snapping pictures of them! Perfect spot for a date night or dinner! The place is a bit small so I’d recommend going on a weekday when it’s less crowded and a would recommend a reservation for a weekend. They also have great music playing!
The sushi and the drinks were the star of the show! I realllyy liked the Caribbean roll. Soo much flavor. 10/10 presentation!!! I ordered the pretty in pink drink and my friend got the blue lagoon. I tried a bit of the blue lagoon, so good! The waitress was lovely too. I definitely recommend this place 🩷!
Small but beautiful place. Service was friendly. The food was delicious. The creme brulee was absolutely perfect. I don't get a lot of restaurants that can do that right. The caramelized sugar was think for the custard was cold just as it should be. Gotta getter back there soon.
